Description

This is a postcard with a front showing a black and white photograph of the Jacobean Dining Room of the castle. The photo itself was taken facing the fireplace. The room's stonework shows the building's age. On the mantle of the fireplace is a scenic painting of a landscape. The center of the dining room has a small, circular dining table with chairs on top of old oriental rug. On the left wall is a mounted deer head. The bottom of the picture has the text "Jacobean Dining Room, Gwydir Castle, Llanrwst".
