Description

The photo on this postcard shows an interior view of the dining room of Gwydir Castle. To the left the ancient stonework is on full display and compliments the old ceiling beams quite well. In the center of the room is a very old wood dining table with chairs and atop the table are a row of candles. Nearly on the right side of the photo is the fireplace. The back of the postcard has a tidbit on the fireplace that there is a hiding place behind it. With access from the alcove on the right.
