Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of Pourtney's Oversight in Ridge. This view shows a gable roof story and a half house with a pair of outside end chimneys near the camera. The corbels on the chimneys appear to be in good shape. There is a one story addition on the left whose roof peak is between the chimneys. There are two gable roof dormers on the roof of the main building. An open porch on the main house has a shed roof supported by four square posts. There is a barely visible central door flanked by eight over eight windows with shutters. One six over six window is visible in the second floor gable end between the chimney stacks. There is a four light window on the first floor between the chimney and the corner of the building. There are two eighteen light windows, possibly French doors, in the long wall of the addition. The low roof of some sort of outbuilding is on the extreme left of the picture.
