Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of another larger house called Pourtney's Oversight in Ridge. This view shows a gable roof story and a half house with an outside end chimney on the near gable end. This is an addition to a two and a half story gable roofed clapboard house. The roof lines of the two buildings are parallel. There are two gable roof dormers in the roof of the addition. There are no windows in the gable end of the addition, but there are two nine over nine windows in the near wall of an enclosed porch The porch is supported on brick piers. It appears that the enclosure of the porch may be recent. There are two windows with shutters on the first floor directly below the dormers. The larger portion of the house has no windows on the visible gable end, nor any chimneys. There appears to be a clapboard missing on the gable end in line with the eaves of the second floor. There is a large television antenna. There are three gable roof dormers in the visible roof and one dormer barely visible on the opposite side. A large chimney is visible just beyond the middle dormer. There are three tall windows on the long face of the second floor. Marks on the siding would suggest that shutters were once present. On the first floor, there is a gable roof porch at right angles to the building. It is situated at the corner near the addition. The verge board has some scalloping. The roof is supported on two large square posts. The door is not really visible from this distance. There are two large windows with shutters on the first floor as well.
