Professor at Charlotte Hall School 2Entry/Object ID
2005.003.0060Description
4 3/8"h x 2 5/8"w portrait orientation sepia tone photo of a Charlotte Hall School professor counseling a student, while another person stands in the background shadows. The professor was quite tall and slim compared to his shorter charge. He had on high boots, jodphurs, and a uniform shirt and tie. The student had on puttees, jodphurs, a uniform shirt and tie, and a V-necked sweater. He also had on a service cap, which you might expect him to have doffed when speaking to a professor. The student is leaning against a downspout at the corner of a building. It is an interesting photo.
