Description

Program for 17th annual awards luncheon of the Georgetown University Alumni Club of Washington held at the National Press Club on March 17, 1967. Mr. Beitzell wrote in pencil on the first page of the program, "At this luncheon, at the end of the awards presentations, Peter O'Connell called me to the platform. After a nice tribute for my work for the GU Alumni Club of Wash, presented me with a fishing outfit as a retirement gift. I responded briefly. EWB 3/17/67." The program has a heavy green paper cover with silver printing. The interior pages are cream with green print and green tone photos of the honorees, of whom there were seven, including one woman.
