"1821" engraved on spine. Lists include first and last names, name of land owned, number of acres, value of land, slaves and their value ( ) separated into the following groups: under 8 (5-25), males from 8-14 (40), males from 14-45 (125), females from 14-36 (80), male and female ab. [older than] 45 e 36 (75). On page 3 there is a letter c. 1960-1980 to a Mr. Austin from a Jerry Basford about his surprise and thanks at receiving the $102,500 prize in a sweepstakes competition. Names are listed alphabetically by last name for each district.Collection
