Scope and Content

1 folder ; 11 3/4" x 9 3/8" This blue paper folder has a label on the cover with a logo for "The War of 1812 Raiders & Invaders Weekend." This folder was for the Tudor Hall location with Carol Moody as manager 2. Susan Wolfe was the other manager at that location. The left inside pocket had a folded copy of the event program, and two pages listing all the managers with their cell phone numbers and a list of other important phone numbers. There were managers at the Courthouse lawn, the encampment area, the food court, the green room, the information tent, two parking managers, a Newtown Players manager, a tavern tent manager,a lecture space manager, two town square and vendor managers, a transportation manager, a trash and cleanup manager, two Tudor Hall managers, a Tudor Hall stage manager, a green room at the wharf manager, a wharf concessions manager, a wharf concert manager, and a wharf master. In the left pocket was a map of the Leonardtown area with various sites identified and another street map of Leonardtown with more detail about event locations. Another sheet had Susan's and Carol's phone numbers, a list of parking spaces and two sentences about the manager tasks at the location. There was a space to list the volunteers assigned, but the Historical Society handled that. The remaining two sheets had general information about the event: prior to, day of, parking, check-in, breaks, and weather policy.
