This book covers a period from October 1944 to July 1, 1945. Four pages of instructions are followed by an opening full-size page listing the students and ruled off into five-day weeks, followed by many 4 3/4" pages that continue the five-day week pattern for as long as necessary. The next grouping begins with another full-size page, etc. There are detailed records for thirty-nine students from October 30, 1944 to January 12, 1945. After that there are occasional entries until the end of June, 1945. There are weight and inoculation records for some of the children. A considerable list of withdrawals is recorded. The second record grouping is labeled "Pre-School," with forty students listed. Records began on January 1, 1945 and are maintained until the end of June, 1945. Inoculation and weight records are available for many of the students. Another record group is labeled "School" and lists six pupils. Weight and inoculation records are included.Collection
