This book covers Fall term 1867 to Fall term 1875. There are two pages of instructions and then the pages are ruled off into five day weeks plus summary columns. Two pages usually sufficed for a quarter. The school and district were not identified until Spring 1868, at that time School 10. Beginning with the Fall term of 1868, the school was called no. 4 and remained so numbered thereafter. This school had a student census low of six in the fall of 1870 to a high of twenty-one in the winter term of 1875. A table on the right indicates subjects pursued.
