This book covers Fall term 1874 to Winter term 1879. There is one page of instructions and then the pages are ruled off into twelve five day weeks with tables on the right for teachers' salaries, attendance summaries, gender of pupils, subjects studied and details about the building. Two pages usually sufficed for a quarter, unless there were many pupils. The record began with the Fall term of 1874 with fourteen pupils and had a high of seventy-nine in the summer term of 1878. The book ends with a hand-ruled form for Winter term 1879.Collection
