This book covers Fall term 1893 to Summer term 1895. There is one page of instructions and then the pages are ruled off into twelve five day weeks plus summary columns. Two pages usually sufficed for a quarter, but this school had a student census low of thirty-eight in the fall of 1893 and 1894 to a high of one hundred thirty-seven in the winter term of 1894, so two pages were never enough. These students were managed by one teacher and one assistant. Tables on the right side of the pages showed teachers' salaries, and attendance summary, gender of pupils, and details of the building, as well as an indication of the grade level of the pupils.Collection
