This book covers Spring term 1894 to Summer term 1901. There is one page of instructions and then the pages are ruled off into twelve five day weeks plus summary columns. Two pages usually sufficed for a quarter unless there were more than thirty-three pupils. Tables on the right side of the pages showed teachers' salaries, and attendance summary, gender of pupils, and details of the building, as well as an indication of the grade level of the pupils. The highest student census appears to have been thirty-seven pupils during the spring term of 1894. A pair of pages at the very beginning of the book lists students vaccinated by Dr. Henry Richardson on October 16, 1895. On the very last page of the book are listed the school's teachers and their dates of employment.Collection
