This book covers Fall term 1891 to Spring term 1895. There is one page of instructions and then the pages are ruled off into twelve five day weeks plus summary columns. Two pages usually sufficed for a quarter unless there were more than thirty-three pupils. Tables on the right side of the pages showed teachers' salaries, and attendance summary, gender of pupils, and details of the building, as well as an indication of the grade level of the pupils. The lowest student census was eight during winter term 1891 and the highest census was sixty-two pupils during the spring term of 1895.Collection
