This book covers Summer term 1895 to Fall term 1898. There is one page of instructions and then the pages are ruled off into twelve five day weeks plus summary columns. Two pages usually sufficed for a quarter unless there were more than thirty-three pupils. Tables on the right side of the pages showed teachers' salaries, and attendance summary, gender of pupils, and details of the building, as well as an indication of the grade level of the pupils. It is difficult to determine the student census in this book.Collection
