This book covers Summer term 1897 to Spring term 1903. There is one page of instructions and then the pages are ruled off into twelve five day weeks plus summary columns. Two pages usually sufficed for a quarter unless there were more than thirty-three pupils. Tables on the right side of the pages showed teachers' salaries, and attendance summary, gender of pupils, and details of the building, as well as an indication of the grade level of the pupils. For three terms in 1897, the teacher reversed the school and election district numbers on the form, but realized the error in the Winter term of 1898 and stayed with School 3, Election District 2 for the rest of the book. The student census varied from the twenties to low thirties.Collection
