This book covers Fall term 1874 to Summer term 1881. There is one page of instructions and then the pages are ruled off into twelve five day weeks plus summary columns. Two pages usually sufficed for a quarter unless there were more than thirty-three pupils. Tables on the right side of the pages showed teachers' salaries, and attendance summary, gender of pupils, and details of the building, as well as an indication of the grade level of the pupils. The student census was usually in the mid-twenties until Spring of 1876 when it went up into the thirties and higher.
