This book covers the 1931/1932 and 1932/1933 school years. There are three pages of instructions. The record of attendance has one full size page for the roll and several 13" x 5 5/8" pages ruled off into five five week segments so each page could accomodate a month. The record began Sept. 8, 1931 and ended June 10, 1932. There were twenty pupils on the roll. Second semester grades were recorded separately. The second group of pages lists twenty-two pupils who attended from Sept. 8, 1932 and finished on June 8, 1933. The final page was not filled out, but the summary card was filed in the envelope pasted on Cover [P.3] A separate sheet of directions about extra-curricular accounting was put in a folder.
