This book covers the 1939/1940 school year and the 1940/1941 school year. Four pages of instructions are followed by a title page listing the school year beginning on Sept. 5, 1939 and [ending June 12, 1940], a full size page for the roll and several 11' x 4 3/4" pages ruled off into five five week segments so each page could accommodate a month. For the second year, classes began on Sept. 4, [1940] and finished on June 5, [1941] A few entries were made on the final page and the summary card for each year was in the envelope pasted on Cover [P.3]
