While this book can accomodate five academic years, only two were used: 1921/1922, which began Sept. 12, 1921 and ended June 16, 1922 and 1922/1923, which began Sept. 11, 1922 and ended June 19, 1923. Two pages of instructions are followed by a beginning page of 13 1/2" x 8" and then subsequent pages of 13 1/2" x 5 1/2". Each page is ruled off into five-day weeks with additional information about each student in a table on the right side. Student census in this school was thirty-four each year. The monthly report summary in the back of the book was filled in.
