This book covers the Spring term 1889 to Winter term 1895. One page of instructions is followed by pages ruled off into twelve five-day weeks with a statistical summary section on the right side. A pair of pages was sufficient for a term unless there were more than thirty-three students. Student census in this school varied from a low of fourteen to as many as forty-seven.
Regina Hammett identified this school as the Compton or Newtown School.
