This book covers the 1939/1940 school year. Four pages of instructions are followed by a title page listing the school year beginning on Sept. 5, 1939 and ending June [12], 1940, a full size page for the roll and several 11' x 4 3/4" pages ruled off into five five week segments so each page could accomodate a month. A few entries were made on the final page, but the summary card for each year was not in the envelope pasted on Cover [P.3]
