This book covers the 1930/1931 school year and the 1931/1932 school year. Three pages of instructions, plus a sheet pasted on Cover [P.2], are followed by a full size page for the roll and several 11' x 4 3/4" pages ruled off into five five week segments so each page could accomodate a month. In the first group of pages thirty-seven pupils attended from Sept. 8, 1930 until June 12, 1931. For the second group, twenty-eight pupils were listed who started school Sept. 8, 1931, but attendance was kept only until early March, 1932. The final page was not filled out nor was the summary card in the envelope pasted on Cover [P.3] The only thing in the envelope was instructions about extra-curricular accounting--this has been placed in a folder.
