1 vol. (13 1/2" x 8 3/8") This book covers only through November of possibly 1938. Three pages of instructions are followed by a full size page for the roll and several 11 1/2" x 4 1/2" pages ruled off into five five-day week segments so each page could accommodate a month. In the first group of pages, seventeen pupils began school on Sept. 6, [1938], but the roll was kept only until November 30, [1938]. The final page was not filled out, but the summary card was filled in for three months.
