Scope and Content

1 vol. (13 1/2" x 8 3/8") This book covers part of the 1937/1938 school year. Three pages of instructions are followed by a full size page for the roll and several 11 1/2" x 4 1/2" pages ruled off into five five-day week segments so each page could accommodate a month. In the first group of pages, fifteen pupils began school on October 4, 1937, but the roll was kept only until February 11, 1938. A note at the bottom of the page says, "February 14 entered Oakville." The final page was not filled out, but the summary card was filled in for the time school was open. There is also a form for reporting students below and over age for grade level. Both are filed in the envelope on Cover [P. 3]
