This book covers Summer term 1891 to Summer term 1896. Students are listed for Fall 1896, but no data was entered. One page of instructions is followed by pages ruled off into twelve five-day weeks with a statistical summary section on the right side. The summaries on the sides were haphazardly filled out. A pair of pages was sufficient for a term unless there were more than thirty-three students. Student census in this school often exceeded thirty-three. The teacher used empty parts of a previous term's pages for the excess of later terms, so the book must be studied closely. A notary-type seal was embossed on the upper right corner of the fly-leaf and a sheet of pink paper with six such seals was discovered in the pages. The sheet was removed to Box 1, folder labeled Book Orders, 1882-1883.
