For many years, the reports included the following tables: A. Source of enrollment and Parent Teacher Association B. Causes of late entrance C. Summary of causes of withdrawal before the end of the year D. Summary of annual attendance items D2. Summary of attendance by month F1. Distribution of pupils transported by days attended H1. Number of pupils in each grade promoted and not promoted H2. Causes of non-promotion for pupils not promoted F2. Pupils absent for 40 days or more for the following reasons. Two other non-lettered tables were High school enrollment distributed by courses and subject and High school enrollment distributed by non-vocational subjects. White and colored schools were listed separately. Some tables were combined or dropped over the years; the individual records will indicate what tables are included in each.
