The directions for completion constitute the first page of the report. The data is for the year ending June 30, 1946. A summary of the number of school buildings and teachers is first, followed by a summary of receipts and disbursements in various breakdowns, finally leading to a cost per pupil. There are separate pages for white and colored schools. This book has a few entries in the "Remarks" section. One sheet listing school buildings owned is in a separate folder.
