A summary of the number of school buildings and teachers is first, followed by a summary of receipts and disbursements in various breakdowns, finally leading to a cost per pupil. There are separate pages for white and colored schools. This book has a few entries in the "Remarks" section. A chart said no work was done by depression-era work programs, a letter explained the purchase of library materials, and a form summarized the amount of money received from "entertainments" and how it was spent.Collection
