The directions for completion constitute the first page of the report. The data is for the year ending July 31, 1932. A summary of the number of school buildings and teachers is first, followed by a summary of receipts and disbursements in various breakdowns, finally leading to a cost per pupil. There are separate pages for white and colored schools. This book has a few entries in the "Remarks" section. There is also a folder containing a letter from the state with additional directions for completing the report and a summary of money received from "entertainments" and how it was spent.
