Report to the Board of County Commissions of St. Mary's Commissioners. It is the first report from the supervisor T C Edwards on the progress of the work on a Public Road. It includes 7 one line reports from March 24th to Dec 1st, stating the work done each day and the daily cost totaling to $19. Dated Dec 6, 1887. Says on the document that it is "Paid by order Abbo(?)
