Description
These notes contain one handwritten page with the other page being typed up. The first is the larger of the two and on it Hope wrote down several multiple entries from provincial court proceedings. All three are from a volume fifty-seven from the Maryland State Archives and range from the years of 1666 to 1668. Page numbers are also given along with brief descriptions.
The second page of notes is much smaller and in particular from a volume fifty-one on page three. The date listed for this court proceeding is April 3rd, 1669. It is in regards to Compton bringing over an indentured servant named John Griffith to the colony and delivered to a man named Thomas Paine.
