Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of Rose Cottage in Leonardtown, Md. This is the back of a story and a half shingled house. There is a twin chimney with a low pent on the right and a climbing vine on the stack closest to the street. An oil tank is behind the chimneys. There is a lean-to addition with a shed roof on the left two thirds of the back wall. It has a small window on the far left, a screened door, and two windows on the right wall. There is a double hung window on the right side of the back of the main building.
