Description

6 1/4"h x 7 7/8" diameter rubber stamp holder with flexible pinched metal strips to accomodate eight stamps. The stamp support wheel spins freely, is 2 3/4" in diameter and looks just like a wheel with eight spokes. The wheel is 2 3/4" off the desktop. The metal base is 4" in diameter. The hub is a heavy rod with an oval handle on the top, 2 1/2" above the wheel. The oval handle is 1 7/8"w x 1" h. "Universal" is in slightly raised letters within a horizontal cartouche on each side of the handle. The piece is quite heavy, presumably to prevent tipping.
