4 3/8"h x 3 3/8"w color photo of Saint Francis Xavier Church on Newtowne Neck. The photographer was standing behind the building. The sacristy of the church was three sided, with a nine over six double hung window on the visible face of the first floor. In the left panel of the roof was a small gable roofed dormer with a four over four double hung window. The back panel of the sacristy was plain brick, but in the roof above, there was a fairly tall brick chimney. Another dormer was just visible in the right roof panel. Visible on the side wall of the church was an entry door one step above the grass and one twelve over twelve window. The priest's white single story residence was in the background.
