3"h x 5"w landscape oriented black and white photo of the schoolchildren at St. George's Island School during the 1906-1907 school year. There are thirty children in the school with one teacher. All those boys! The donor of the photo circled his father in green in the lower left corner. ************************************ Text on verso: in black ball point pen "Mr. Beitzell, This was my Father while attending the 1st grade on St. George's Island 1906-07. I circled him--his name was Paul Theophilus Davis and he was the son of Paul T. Davis and Virginia Louise Sayre Davis. He could tell me the names of everyone but now all are forgotten except. him.
