Water color by Father Stephen Tushak of Saint Inigoe's Manor Church at Saint Inigoe's, Md just before Midnight Mass, 1956. It is a winter scene, of course. The church glows golden under a starry sky; in fact, the wisemen's stars hover over the church. The gable roof church has a small frame entry way in front and a one story sacristy in back. This has an inside end square chimney with a lightning rod and there is a single door with a brick arch as an entry to that part of the church. The priest is walking up the path. There are three brightly lit leaded glass windows with brick arches spaced along the side of the building. A small cross is attached to the front of the entryway. Just back from the end of the roof of the church is a small bell tower. Its pyramid roof is supported by square posts and the spaces between appear to be filled by louvres. A small globe sits on the bell tower peak, topped by a cross. Halfway along the roof peak and near its far end are two small black crosses which were probably meant to serve as lightning rods. The church yard and graveyard are surrounded by a black wrought iron fence. There are gates in front, on the side near the front, and on the side at the sacristy path. Lots of cars are parked and people are streaming toward the building.
