Saint Jerome's before renovation 5Entry/Object ID
1995.001.2067Description
3 1/2"h x 3 3/16"w black and white photo of Saint Jerome's. This photo was taken when the house was in a derelict condition. It was subsequently rescued and rehabilitated. This elevation showed the gable end of a story and a half house with a single large outside end chimney. The stack went above the roof to the right of the peak. There was a sizable window opening on the left and another immediately to the right of the chimney. Bushes obscured most of the first floor; only one window opening on the far left was visible. No glazing remained. Judging by the roofline, there was a porch on the left, but not on the right. There appeared to be a central door on the left wall. Another chimney was visible on the far gable end.
