This is a blank form for school statistics; it is not clear if this was received from the state or was to be used locally only. The first page is titled: St. Mary's County Summary of School Statistics for the year ending September 30, 1874. There are questions about the number of schoolhouses, number of teachers and principals, length of school terms, numbers of pupils, attendance figures for various terms, and there is a list of courses so it may be noted how many students are enrolled in each. Page two asks for the number on the roll and average daily attendance for each term for each school. The sheets between page two and page thirteen are empty. Page fourteen asks for details of receipts and disbursements. Page fifteen to page twenty-two are blank. Page twenty-three asks for expenses by school. Page twenty-four appears to be the same as page fourteen.Collection
