Scope and Content

1 v. (15 7/8" x 11 5/8") The primary focus of the book is Maryland politics, the General Assembly, the wet/dry (Volstead) issue, taxation, oyster harvesting, Albert C. Ritchie as Governor, the effect of the depression on Maryland and the United States, and Mr. Coad's role in these affairs. There are some articles about Saint Mary's County and many obituaries. These articles are pasted in a standard scrapbook with light brown soft paper. Several articles which were originally pasted in were cut out later.
