Helen is seen in this professional profile shot with her hair done up and although it is hard to see she is wearing a dark button up dress. There is some hand painting done in the form of slight coloring to her cheeks and lips. Above the image of her, Hope had written Helen's birthday. Lastly at the bottom is the photographer's name De Jongh and the his location at Lausanne. When looking at the previous photo I would say this photo is likely ten years later and her choice of a button-up dress would line up as well. The back simply states it's Helen with again the photographer's name and location as well.
