3 1/2"h x 5 1/2"w black and white postcard showing the library of Sotterley. The photo focussed on the fireplace wall. The stone firebox surround was the same as the drawing room, but the molding around that was much less elaborate, which was appropriate to the room. The entire wall was panelled. Over the fireplace was a small mirror in a dark frame with a carved bird on top--an eagle? There was a two panel door on each side of the fireplace. Comfortable furniture with slipcovers made a box around the space. On the bottom right portion of the "frame" around the image "Moss Photo, N.Y."
