2 3/8"w x 3 1/4"h sepia tone photo of St. Aloysius Church. This was the large rectangular stucco building with the witch's hat steeple. The photographer was some distance from the church. This photo shows only part of one long side of the building with five and one half of the pointed arch, five light windows visible. Four of the windows were open at the bottom, so it must have been a warm day. The bell tower was built in a lattice fashion, so the bell was visible in its space. Between the photographer and the building was a dirt road and a four bar fence overgrown with vines. A horse was visible behind the fence. There was a similar fence on the far side of the building. The photo was mounted on black paper. An attempt to remove the photo left a tear in the center. At the bottom of the black sheet was a yellowed label: "St. Alyocis Church Leonardtown 1916"
