This is a color photograph of the front of a log cabin identified as the rectory of St. Augustine Church. It is a small story and a half building with a shake roof and one shed dormer in the middle of the front elevation. There are two six-light windows in the dormer. There is a large industrial electric light on the edge of the roof. There are dark brown gutters and downspouts on the building. On the first floor there is a center door with a stone stoop two steps from the ground. There is another small electric light over the door. The door is flanked by a six over six light window to the left and what may be a larger window to the left--possibly six over nine lights. Each window has lined curtains. There are large bushes on each side of the door. The notched ends of the logs are clearly visible on the corners. There are no windows in the first floor of the gable end. There is a window on each side of the inside end chimney stack in the attic. There is a single vent stack in the roof near the gable end. The building sits all alone and may be in an historic park.
