Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of Saint George's Church in Valley Lee as viewed from the cemetery. The two story entry vestibule with a gable roof supports the square bell tower that has a pyramid roof and a cross on top. The belfry has three pointed arch openings on each side. There is one pointed arch window with five lights on each floor of the side of the vestibule, as well as one over the front door. The sanctuary also has a gable roof with no windows on the gable entry end and three twelve over nine windows on the long side. The apse has a door with a pointed arch window above it facing the front of the building and there is a pointed arch window in the gable end of the space. A gable roof barn? is visible in the far right background. The two story rectory is behind the church, possibly connected to it. All that is visible is a door on the first floor and one window and two windows on the second floor. There is one tiny headstone and three large ones in the foreground. Mr. Fenwick's text: "Built in 1851."
