1 folder ; 9 5/8" x 11 7/8" May 6, 1991 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" mockup of the program for the Tri-County luncheon. The cover was heavy cream paper with a drawing of Sotterley in blue ink. The back was plain. The interior was plain white paper with various pieces of text, also on white paper, glued in place. P. 1 was a drawing of a woman with a basket of flowers enjoying the sunshine. P. 2 lists the officers and chairs of St. Mary's County Council, presidents of the other counties and the extension agents for each county. P. 3 had dates to remember and the Homemakers' Creed P. 4 had the morning program P. 5 had Council reports, lunch, and the afternoon program P. 6 thanked the luncheon committee, P. 7 had a poem about southern Maryland P. 8 had a lined box for notes
