Black and white photograph 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w view of St. Richard's manor. This is a story and a half house with inside end chimneys right in the roof peak at each gable end. In this view of a gable end, the Flemish bond pattern of the brick is clearly visible. The inside end chimney goes right through the roof peak. On the first floor are two widely spaced windows that are nine over nine double hung sashes. Decorative brickwork embellishes the top of each window. On the first floor of the house, one tall narrow casement window with thirty lights is visible. The brick facade is almost completely covered with ivy. There are three gable roofed dormers, each with a pair of eight light casement windows. All these windows are open. The dormers are much lighter colored than the roof. There may be three steps from the ground to the door and there are white railings on each side of the small porch. Several people are making their way around the house to the entry door. The grounds are carefully landscaped.
