5 1/2"h x 4"w sepia tone photo of Francis J. Stone. This person was initially identified as J. Edwin Coad, which is not correct. Mr. Stone had white hair, pale eyebrows, and a luxuriant white beard and mustache. He had on a double breasted dark coat with small lapels and large buttons. His visible ear was somewhat pointed. On the dark band under the image, "Rice." The bevel of the board was red, an unusual feature.
