October 4, 1957 Mr. Coad complained that he had not received his June dividend check. It had been sent to Indiana. Once retrieved, it reached him on October 11.
October 22, 1957 Carter Products, Inc. was listed on the New York Stock Exchange on this date. This meant directors had to file certain paperwork with the federal government.
Just before Christmas, Coad realized he had not received another check. More letters. The check finally arrived December 24.Collection
