The boundaries were established August 29, 1786 December 1795 legal wrangling over part of Cross Manor February 1, 1810 indenture for part of Cross Manor between James Biscoe, Jr. and Mordecai Jones Deed dated July 30, 1875 for part of Cross Manor sold by James Biscoe to Robert Lilburn March 1, 1938 article about Cross Manor by Capt. John M. Ellicott Probably a transcription from the family Bible of the children of M. C. Jones and his wife, Elizabeth Undated biography of Henry Morris Jones, born in St. Mary's County in 1838 and died in Texas in 1895
